SHIPPING POLICY
We ship our jewelry worldwide via FedEx.
There is no shipping cost for orders over $ 1000.00.
The cost of freight for orders less than $ 1000.00 will be borne by the customer.
WARRANTY POLICY
Our warranty covers manufacturing defect and bath.
Broken parts and stones due to incorrect use are out of warranty . As for the bath, jewelry that suffered friction and or contact with chemicals are out of warranty.
Any defect must be sent for analysis, if it is within the warranty, it will be resolved within 30 working days.
Out of warranty jewelry will be analyzed and if there is a possibility of repair, the customer will be informed of the amount to be paid, and if authorized, the repair of the piece will be completed.
